Boojum has just changed everything, by rolling out their very own food truck across Belfast.
Just in time for lunch, hungry students will be delighted to see the portable burrito-supplier stationed outside the Queen’s Freshers market at Elmwood hall!
And they’ll be in good company, as even the Stark sisters (who seem to be popping up at all of our favourite haunts throughout Belfast recently), have been snapped enjoying our favourite Mexican food.
It comes after Boojum launched their massive new 95-seater restaurant in the former Anglo Irish Bank on Great Victoria Street, making it the third Belfast store, and the seventh across Ireland.
Despite the torrential rain, hundreds queued outside the new restaurant for its official launch at the end of July, with the first 100 customers getting a free burrito and a T-shirt, with the second 100 people getting a free burrito voucher.
The new branch will also aim to start tackling the corporate catering market, as well as servicing the lunch and evening crowd in the city centre.
The awesome new store on Great Victoria Street is now Ireland’s biggest Boojum – and it has already been shortlisted for the Fit Out Awards 2016.
On Facebook, Team Boojum thanked: “Our good friends at Lafferty Architects and Harty Design who did a fantastic job with the design.”
