The music line-up for the first ever Moira Calling impressed us a lot. But the food and drink line-up has blown us away.
The site map for one of the newest and most exciting additions to the Northern Ireland music events calendar has just been added and we’re loving the boutique vibe to this one-day event.
Headlined by Hudson Taylor, the one-day event features 14 indigenous artists performing on Saturday, September 10 at The Demesne in Moira including; Ex Magician, Ports, David C Clements, Arborist, Callum Stewart, Hannah McPhillimy and many others.
Moira Calling is one of those rare festivals where the food and drink line-up is as big a draw as the music.
The drinks line-up includes Hilden Brewery, Whitewater Brewery, Knockout Brewing, Farmageddon Brewing Co-Op, Mourne Mountains Brewery, Gallopers Craft Beer, The Foxes Rock, MacIvors Cider Company and Tempted Cider. Other forms of refreshment will come from Holly’s Coffee Company, Bailies and Maine Lemonade.
And the big news on the food front is that General Merchants will be filling hungry bellies with some of their amazing dishes that have helped establish them as one of Belfast’s big hitters in Ballyhackamore and Ormeau Road.
Local events company, Brown Lemonade Ltd, are the team behind Moira Calling.
