After a successful show at the Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival last month English singer/songwriter Lucy Rose is preparing to head back to Belfast.

The folk-inspired pop artist shot to fame in 2012 with the release of her debut album Like I Used To.

Lucy will take to the stage at the Empire Music Hall on Thursday October 29 as part of her Work It Out tour.

Work It Out is her latest album released set for release on July 6 on Columbia Records.

The record features Lucy’s new single, Like An Arrow, and her recent returning single, Our Eyes.

According to promoters: “Work It Out enters a whole new sonic space for the young Warwickshire musician. It is the sound of Lucy Rose creating a bold new context for that voice. No apologies. The acoustic guitar remains present, but there’s nothing folk or shy about this record.”

Tickets for Lucy Rose at The Empire Music Hall on Thursday October 29 are £14 and available from and outlets nationwide.
