Actor John Noble is the first special guest to be confirmed for Belfast’s Comic Con later this year.
Taking place at the King’s Hall the MCM Belfast Comic Con will see thousands of sci-fi, comic, movies, games and cosplay fans descend on the King’s Hall Pavilions on May 2-3.
John, best known for his starring roles in Sleepy Hollow (Henry Parrish), Fringe (Dr Walter Bishop) and Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King (Denethor), is just one of the stars lined up for this year’s event.
The Australian film and TV actor currently plays sin-eater Henry Parrish – aka Jeremy Crane and War, the second of the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse – on hit supernatural show Sleepy Hollow.
The show is so popular it was heralded by Time magazine as one of the ten best new TV shows of the year when it debuted back in 2013, the series sees Ichabod Crane resurrected in 21st Century New York and once again pitted against his old adversary, the Headless Horseman.
John has also appeared in other cult productions such as 24, The Last Airbender and Superman: Unbound.
