Who’s for fakeaway pizza?!
We’re experiencing a bit of a lull after kick-starting the New Year diet with rigid vigour.
So we’re going to treat our body with a ‘Fakeaway’ – which at a fraction of the calories – tastes even better and is far, far cheaper than paying full whack for our local takeaway.
After Katie’s Guilt Free Salt and Chilli Chicken Fakeaway nearly made our mind (and mouths) explode, we decided to follow her Fakeaway Pizza.
Katie is a glamorous plus size model signed in Ireland & Australia, and describes hereself as a ‘promoter of all things positive , beauty, lifestyle, fun, fashion.’

“Looks like a pizza taste like a pizza but in fact is a fraction of the calories in a pizza . Taste as good if not better than a take away version.
“A wholemeal wrap rubbed with a split Clove of garlic which I then crushed and added to 4 tablespoons of pasta with fresh basil .
“To that I topped with grated mozzarella and reduced fat cheddar cheese, onion, peppers, sweetcorn and chopped tikka chicken breast. Mix and match your own toppings that tickle your taste buds!
“Place in the oven at 200 for about ten minutes check and proceed to cook for a further few minutes if needed.
