Slim’s Healthy Kitchen was opened by Gary McIldowney in July 2013 with the aim of bringing a healthier and tastier alternative to fast food. We want to show customers making a change to their diet could be one of the tastiest things they ever do. Slims Kitchen has established a loyal following and became a household name in casual dining within Northern Ireland.
As it’s been revealed today that Salad, the latest venture by Slim, will open this week in a bid to transform the misconception salads are dull and boring. Salad, a pop-up by Slim of Slim’s Healthy Kitchen, will serve a selection of 11 home salads alongside a ‘build your own’ option, offering over 50 fresh ingredients allowing customers to get creative and build their own bespoke meal with endless possibilities.
