For the fifth year running, Nando’s is proud to be shaking its tail feathers at Belfast’s very own Pride Parade on Saturday, August 6.
As supporters of Pride, Nando’s staff have taken part in more than 100 local events across the UK over the last 10 years, and this year is no different!
Teams of Nandoca’s will be hitting the streets at Belfast Pride to celebrate diversity and individuality, whilst in-restaurant, Nando’s will be transforming its iconic food flags to feature the famous rainbow symbol of Pride.
The teams from the three restaurants in Belfast – which included Victoria Square, Bedford Street and Boucher – will be taking part in the Pride parade on Saturday.
This year Nando’s will be feeding the army of Pride Volunteers on the day who help marshal the parade and organise the party in Custom House square. Nando’s are also hosting the Belfast Pride committee for a post-Pride PERi-PERi party.
Meanwhile, for the first time, selected restaurants across the UK will also incorporate the Pride colours into Nando’s famous outdoor Barci sign, whilst its classic Cockerel Sticks receive a colourful makeover in honour of Pride.
