The signs are up and the appetites are whet… Five Guys arrival in Victoria Square is imminent.

Victoria Square hasn’t yet officially stated when the restaurant will open its doors to the public but they hope that it will be ready by mid December.

Five Guys is  setting up its first ever Northern Irish store in Belfast’s Victoria Square. The US burger giants will join an already stellar list of chain restaurants at Victoria Square joining Nandos, Wagamamas, Chiquito, TGI Fridays, Spur Steak & Grill, Yo Sushi, and Frankie and Benny’s, making it a haven for worldwide restaurants.

A sign has been put up just below the Odeon Cinema in Victoria Square, luring people in with the self professed title ‘The Willy Wonka’s of Burger Craft’. However we hear there are no plans for an inside chocolate waterfall or mystical orange staff members.

No date has been set however Victoria Square replied to a question from a food lover on Twitter, stating that they hoped it would be ready for mid December.

As with most new restaurants in Belfast, there is a great deal of excitement surrounding the reveal and many can’t wait to try one of Five Guy’s famous Burgers.

Five Guys first UK store was launched last year and proved a great success with rave reviews from happy customers. It went on to open a further 15 restaurants and now their expansion has reached the sunny shores of Northern Ireland.

Five Guys specialises in Burgers but also has Hot Dogs, breakfast sandwiches, and fries, in the form of Five Guys style Fries or Cajun style.

The burger joint can cater for your personal taste as there are over 250,00 possible ways to order a burger making it fantastic for getting a burger you will love.

Five Guys only use fresh roll stamped prime beef, cook only with peanut oil and also never freeze any of their food only using coolers.

Sounds like Belfast is ready for a new place to salivate over.
