At the end of this week the first free Motor Show for Belfast will take place at the iconic Titanic Slipway.
And I for one, will be there.
It’s not that I am a car nut or anything it’s just I love exploring new things and new places and when it’s free on on my doorstep…well it would be rude not to.
So, as a newbie I went off and grilled the organisers of Titanic Motor Show on April 24 and 25 which is being sponsored by the City Auction Group about what’s going to make this event so special.
Here’s the low-down:
Only big things were built in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter so the way I see it they’ve a lot to live up to but have a running start with the picturesque industrial urban setting.
The great thing about this show is that it isn’t just aimed at petrol heads and car enthusiasts. Apparently there will be something for everyone, including the newbies like me.
3. Window Shopping To Purchase
The great thing about this show is that there will actually be cars for sale…you could actually walk away with a new car.
There will also be a pop up car auction by City Auction Group on behalf of leading FN50 corporate vendors Lex Autolease, Ogilvie Fleet, Santander and Motability Operation
4. On Show
There will be a supercar showcase by Charles Hurst Premium Cars as well as a vintage car display.
5. Test Drive
There will be a Ride And Drive area where people can test drive the latest models from over twenty car manufacturers, offering a one-stop-shop and opportunity to experience new models first-hand.
6. Family Fun
For the kids there will face painting, a meet and greet with Northern Ireland’s Stig, a Segway test drive area and a range of food and drink available.
The Titanic Motor Show will take place at the Titanic Slipway on Friday April 24 and Saturday April 25. The event is free and more information can be found at www.titanicmotorshow.com.
